Customer Experience Executive

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Customer Experience Executive with a “can-do” attitude to join our growing Event Delivery team here at Hanson Wade.
As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be helping our customers on a broad range of queries, problems and issues. You will support new or existing customers with their enquiries, helping to find the right solutions to their needs. You will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting customer feedback to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and enhance the customer experience. We are seeking a self-starting, confident problem-solver with an innate talent for articulating and resolving complex issues.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analysing, and interpreting customer feedback to generate actionable insights that fuel business growth and elevate the overall customer experience
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviour, preferences, and needs
- International travel to provide in-person customer support at our events.
- Identifying root causes for reoccurring issues which cause customers to contact us repeatedly - and helping us solve them.
- Analysing and reporting on both quantitative and qualitative customer feedback
- Acting as the source of truth for all customer experience data; analysing findings, sharing key insights across the business as well as identifying any data gaps or future opportunities
- Supporting the Event Delivery team in preparation for live events.
- Must have higher education degree or similar
- Must have experience working with customers
- Must have a strong passion for customer experience
- Must have outstanding communication skills
- Will be highly efficient and have an organised approach to your workload
- Will have the ability to work well under pressure and deal with high work volumes
- Will be able to adapt and change priorities according to immediate business needs
- Will be able to work as part of a team as well as independently.
