**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Handle and record incoming orders and inquiries with precision.
- Address customer inquiries via phone and other channels, ensuring clear communication with the relevant team members.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to align on customer needs and order scheduling.
- Provide timely updates on order statuses, delivery feedback, and scheduling.
- Actively promote our product range and work closely with our customer service team in the Netherlands.
- Manage local logistics operations, including relationships with third-party logistics and small parcel freight services.
- Oversee office operational costs and enhance local processes to elevate customer service levels.
- Adhoc travel to the UK Warehouse
- Adhere to health & safety policies and champion a safety-first culture.

**ABOUT YOU**

**To succeed in this role you will have**:

- Proven experience in customer service or sales administration, preferably within a related industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain professional relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Excellent computer literacy, including intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Current driver's licence.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures.
