We require skilled individuals to provide a quality clerical support to a busy immunisation department in Falkirk Community Hospital as part of the Women and Children’s Directorate. A good working knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office, together with general administrative skills.

Duties are varied and will include, reception duties, filing, photocopying, and data entry, entering and retrieving information via computerised systems, liaising with other departments by telephone and face-to-face.

Training and support will be given to the successful applicants.
