Accounts Administrator

Key duties will include:
- Processing invoices
- Dealing with client and supplier enquiries
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Filing
- Use of Accounts System
- Use of Payroll System.
- Ensuring client statements and invoices are sent out in a timely manner to allow for prompt payment
- Ability to prioritise and pay attention to detail
- Good standard of written and oral communication
- Organised and efficient
- IT literate (inc: Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to meet deadlines
**Job Type**: 30 Hours per week.
