**The Job**:
On a temp to perm basis (working 2 days in their Weston Super Mare office and 3 days from home) this is an Administration role.This role is to provide general administrative support to the South West DivisionManager and theDeputy Head of International,Devolved Nations.

Responsibilities will include:

- Support the South West Division Manager, Executive Committee, sub-committees, working groups and projects, including organisation of meetings, preparation and distribution of minutes, agendas, follow up action, correspondence, administering member surveysand collation of evaluation reports.
- Maintain and administer divisional finances.Process, record and track payments and invoices, and carry out monthly reconciliation.
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment of Regional Advisors, Regional Specialty Representatives and Deputies in the Divisions.
- Liaise with leads, trainees and deputies to facilitate the administration and promotion of events.Co-ordinate and administer regular meetings with leads, trainees and regional network meetings.
- Maintain theweb pages and assist with the management of the Division’s social media accounts.
- Maintain the College’s central membership database.Responsible for all aspects of the input of events onto the CRM database, including producing products and fees, setting up events, processing registrations, payments and refunds.
- Maintain office stationery and equipment.Maintain archive records and filing, both electronic and manual.
- Assist with organising all conferences, courses and workshops for the Division.
- Enact communications and marketing plans in support of divisional events and activities.
- Prepare event materials including badges, delegate packs, course materials and lists, as instructed by the Division Manager.
- Attend in-person events to assist with the co-ordination of the scheduled programme and provide on-site support to delegates, speakers, organisers and committee members.AV provision for each session, where required, including setup and provision of supportfor laptops and AV equipment.
- Support the administration of divisional prizes, including arranging advertising, judging and award of payment.
- Assist with organising and technically produce online events, including setting up and administering technical tests with speakers, controlling camera and microphones, technical assistance to attendees, and hosting events.Provide invitation links andappropriate materials as required.
- To be prepared and willing to travel across England and stay away overnight when required**.**

**The Person**:
For this role our client is looking for someone who has already gained administration experience and who has great PC skills in additional to this they are looking for someone who has:

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Proven experience in the use of database management and electronic filing
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- The ability to work without close supervision and to prioritise work effectively
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in adherence to Data Protection legislation
- A track record of delivering a high level of customer service
- Willingness to travel and stay away overnight on occasion and when needed.

**The Hours**:
35 hours per week

**The Salary**:
£12.60 - £13.18 per hour
