Part Time Lettings Administrator

We are seeking an exceptional and ambitious Lettings Administrator to join our friendly and supportive Client Services Team.
**Key duties and requirements will include**:
Processing referencing checks
Drawing up and issuing Tenancy Agreements
Renewal of Contracts - Addendum/Memorandum
Deposit Returns
Being Capable of working to strict legislation surrounding the industry
**Essential skills**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft and Excel
- An ability to prioritise and deliver high volumes of work at a fast pace
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Flexible and adaptable
- Good team player
ARLA Level 3 qualification would be advantageous, but full training and financial support towards qualification will be provided.
