We’re looking for a 1st Line Support member to join us here at Sign in Scheduling, a Sign In Solutions Company.

This is a hybrid position based in either Northampton.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Write knowledge base articles to help customers help themselves.
- Write internal guides.
- Be the voice of the customer in the company
- Proactively communicate with customers when needed (e.g. changes to the product, planned maintenance).
- Communicate internally with other departments for solving issues or help our customers get started with their Sign in Scheduling accounts.
- Work across other business units to learn about them and offer support to their customers

**Requirements**:

- Have a track record of providing a high standard of customer service.
- Have a fair understanding of web technologies.
- Take a logical and organised approach to problem-solving, asking appropriate questions to facilitate the collection of information required.
- Attention to detail.
- Good time management skills.
- Team-player who can take initiative and work unsupervised.
- Effective written English - You will be writing clear and simple messages that explain to a non-technical audience how to use a web-based and mobile product.
- Excellent spoken English - You will be talking to our valued customers on the phone and translating their requirements into solutions with empathy.
- Must have the right to live and work in the UK.

**Nice to Have**
- Experience working within a similar role
- A background in tech, software, SaaS, or eCommerce
