As a Business Development Manager with this leading business you will have the brand power and resources to make this a very successful and financially rewarding position.
The Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Building relationships with house builders and commercial contractors
- Discussing possible requirements and negotiating pricing
- Mapping and identifying possible leads and customers
- Regular face to face site visits and networking
- Have full UK driving licence
- Be comfortable communicating and building rapport with people
- Motivated and driven for success
- Comfortable working independently as well as reporting into a wider team.
This role comes with a healthy basic salary of approximately £40k per annum as well as company vehicle and substantial bonus with a yearly OTE of approx £60k. There is a standard benefits package of holiday allowance and pension.
