Our Client Engagement Assistant will work in collaboration with our Client Engagement Executive to engage with clients in special events. You will be overseeing the annual activations calendar where gifts and experiences will be planned and executed by yourself.

**About the Role**

Within this role, you will be accountable for delivering yearly experiences for our top Private Shopping clients; these include fashion weeks, magical Christmas experiences, and trips to ateliers and brands across Europe.

In addition to this, you will also be responsible for:

- Ensuring that our most important clients are continuously engaged and receiving highly targeted and personal touch points.
- Assist with the implementation and execution of the various communications and projects.
- Keep up to date with customer information and data in line with GDPR.
- Creating magical moments for our clients
- Assisting our Client Engagement team in delivering exceptional service across all areas of eventing

**About You**

We are looking for an individual that is extremely organised, a peoples person able to establish relationships at different levels of our organisation, have high attention to detail and understands luxury and ultra-high net worth individuals.

As well as this, you will also possess the following qualities:

- Good PC literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A curious individual who is willing to learn.
- Have an understanding of our clients lifestyle and needs.
- Be aware of key calendar events across the year.
