Sales Administrator

We are looking for a sales administrator to join our team in Ossett, West Yorkshire. We pride ourselves on providing the best Customer Service to our customers so if you think you meet the criteria below, we look forward to hearing from you.
**Duties**:
- Processing of sales orders
- Liaising with our courier companies
- Answering calls from merchants and the general public, providing excellent Customer Service from point of contact
- Providing general administrative support
- General office duties
**Skills**:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Sage preferable but not essential as full training will be given
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
