**Fulfilment Administrator/Packing Operative**

Hours of Work - Monday to Friday 09.00am - 5.30pm - Location - Ossett - WF5 9JE

**Kolorcraft Fulfilment**:
At Kolorcraft Fulfilment, we pride ourselves on delivering excellence in fulfilment services to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Administration and Picking & Collating Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are paramount.

**Job Responsibilities - Admin**:

- Communicate directly with stores, placing orders, and supplying store-specific

information.
- Accurately enter data onto the Management Information System.
- Enter data onto Excel for reporting purposes.
- Provide stores with delivery information, including PODs from various courier companies.
- Accurately process allocations supplied by the Commercial team.
- Consult with the Despatch team regarding transport arrangements.
- Check web-based orders and make changes as required, ensuring all changes are reported.
- Dispose of stock as requested.

**New Store Operations**:

- Place orders for POS Kits and graphics using the Tharstern MIS system.
- Communicate effectively with the Team Leaders to guarantee timely dispatch of all POS materials.
- Conduct thorough checks on the quantity of graphics packed, ensuring 100% packing accuracy.
- Monitor colour consistency and overall print quality before graphics leave the factory premises.
- Ensure all graphics are finished correctly, coordinating with the packing team when necessary.
- Report any discrepancies found, providing detailed explanations for missing, damaged, or quality-related issues.
- Ensure all POS materials are palletised before despatch.
- Label all packs as specified, categorising them appropriately.
- Ensure packaging is suitable for its intended purpose; if not, provide feedback to the team for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Despatch team to confirm the departure of all pallets from Fulfilment.
- Receive snagging briefs from the Commercial team and address them promptly and effectively.
- Continuously explore opportunities to enhance efficiency and improve service levels.

**Picking Packing Responsibilities**:

- Pick orders from paper pick lists.
- Check stock for spoils or damages.
- Count correct quantities according to the pick list.
- Use the Management Information System (MIS) to check all current locations.
- Work quickly and accurately within tight deadlines.
- Consult with the Fulfilment Manager regarding computerised stock, always ensuring accuracy.

**Essential Requirements**:

- IT literate with excellent data inputting skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication skills, and telephone manner.
- Ability to work under pressure, either independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility regarding working hours.
- Commitment and enthusiasm to ensure work is produced in line with company procedures and completed to the highest standards.

A full driving licence.
