We’re searching for an incredible** Facilities** Coordinator **to join our team

This role is based in our Manchester office, providing administrative support and co-ordination of the central facilities team, with the purpose of maintaining cohesive, efficient and aligned communications across our Build-to-Rent portfolio.

**What will you do?**
- Take ownership of uploading content from the central team onto the FM SharePoint
- Co-ordinate timely reminders for all centralised task trackers
- Raise any performance, non-compliances with relevant task owners
- Oversee uploading of new properties onto the CAFM system.
- Regular reports and export of work orders
- Review of work order SLA’s
- Audit work order response times to ensure correct allocation.
- Carry out regional and local RFI’s as directed by Head of FM
- Assist in collation and co-ordination of supplier contracts

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience of similar office/facilities environment.
- Demonstratable experience of managing multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of CAFM system
- Methodical work in previous roles
- Knowledge and experience of working with SharePoint.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases or booking systems, (training on in house systems will be provided).
- Well organised and time focussed.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service.
