**Description**
The key responsibilities of the Customer Services Co-ordinator are:
- Support the management team in recruiting external manufacturers/third party Upholsterers and Loose Cover Makers to work on a sub-contract basis
- Manage and co-ordinate a database of third party potential sub contractors
- Promote working with Plumbs on social media platforms
- Support the existing sub contractors that work with Plumbs
- Support the manufacturing and management teams in data gathering/interrogation to enable KPI reporting and update of the Oracle database and reporting system
**Profile**
The successful Support Co-ordinator will posses:
- Proven experience of administration activities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to communicate at all levels and build effective relationships
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel and other Microsoft
- Attention to detail
