Your Mission*
Your main responsibility will be to execute the strategy and vision to evolve and support the Government sales team. You’ll be an industry thought leader in the changing landscape of technology sales within these verticals. Not only will you drive our numbers and targets, but you’ll understand and interact with colleagues and customers with clarity and certainty.

As a leader in the boxxe sales team you’ll be instrumental in continuing scaling a fast-growing technology company. We’re looking for someone to join our collaborative team, working in a modern, innovative technology company with a new and different approach. This is an opportunity to play a major role in developing our Government team.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Execute on a short, medium
- and long-term goal for the evolution of our sales teams matched to the vision of boxxe
- Be the leader of our growing and ever-evolving Government sales teams, with responsibility for a group of direct reports
- Work closely with other sales leaders in the business to drive collaboration and share knowledge and expertise
- Use data to determine the best approach in driving success from our sales strategy
- Promote and drive high performance ensuring targets are achieved managing and supporting customer opportunities
- Manage the forecast process/performance reporting and pipeline management in line with boxxe’s expectations.
- Interact with customers, acting as an authority in understanding their challenges matched to our solutions and services
- Grow and develop our salespeople to match the vision of boxxe
- Understand and influence our sales operations processes from order to delivery to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement
- Be a strategic guide for our internal teams around our customers’ future digital transformation.

**What experience we think you’ll need**
- Experience of growing and managing a technical product or service led sales team within Public Sector
- Experience of working in a collaborative environment and leading a high achieving sales team
- A clear understanding of the transformation challenges our customers are facing and how technology solutions and services can provide a successful outcome
- Data driven and an exceptional people manager and coach, ensuring the team are fully supported with clear direction, goal setting to help the team to perform at a high level
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration and influencing skills
- Motivated with a desire to immerse yourself in boxxe and learn about technology
- Driven by a desire to break through barriers and overachieve targets
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced constantly changing environment
- Resilience and a belief that mistakes and losses are learning opportunities
