Capita has a new opportunity to join our Team as a Website Content Lead.

The Website Content Lead will be responsible for working closely alongside the Digital Delivery Manager & Digital Operations Manager to manage all content on the TV Licensing website. Working with business stakeholders to provide Web ‘Subject Matter Expert’ (SME) support and to lead on the development and implementation of new website content.

This is a full-time fixed term (18 months FTC) role, offering hybrid working arrangements (office working assigned to our Darwen office).

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the implementation of large-scale projects which impact on digital channels, across the TV Licensing website.
- Optimising website content to support the development of growth initiatives across the website.
- Analysis of customer contacts to help understand where there are opportunities to retain customers on self-service channels.
- Working closely alongside the Digital Operations Manager and Digital Delivery Manager to provide SME support to key client meetings and workshops.
- Enabling the business to maximise opportunities to reduce cost and increase the proportion of served contacts across TVL.
- Take ownership of co-ordinating and implementing changes to content on the TV Licensing website.
- Ensuring Capita Digital Operations deliverables are completed on time, and to the highest standard, ensuring the wider team is in the best position to deliver against clear requirements.
- Prepare and present opportunities to optimise content.

**What you’ll need to bring**:

- Experience of self-service within a contact centre environment.
- Ability to manage and co-ordinate requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to prioritise workloads across the team, aligning to business objectives.
- Extensive knowledge of digital products and services.
- Successful track record in relationship management and experience of working with senior stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
