The role will also monitor and research legislative developments, ensure that all business teams are informed of the implications and engage in technical support for business change projects.

**Job title**:
Regulatory Change Lead

**Key responsibilities**
- Interpretation and impact of FCA regulatory change on the business and clients.
- Lead on supporting business change projects for FCA regulated clients.
- Liaison with Client Directors and Governance Managers to determine the client’s requirements.
- Support design and delivery of regular training sessions to regulated client administration teams.
- Support responses to FCA consultations to raise the profile of the business.

**Key tasks**
- Supports the strategy and business response to legislative change in order to engage with clients effectively and improve profitability.
- Lead on engagement with other business teams in the development of existing and new product solutions.
- Proactive communications on legislative developments to raise business awareness and planning.
- Support design and delivery of training sessions to administration teams across the business
- Draft and peer review technical responses to internal staff and clients.
- Support maintenance of regulatory runway with pipeline of legislative change.
- Represent the business on industry bodies and at external forums to raise the profile of the business and own personal development.

**What we are looking for**

**Essential**
- Experience of working in FCA regulated industry sector
- Interpret complex legislation efficiently and understand direct/indirect impact on business teams and clients
- Able to produce clear, concise and accurate responses to complex technical enquiries from internal and external clients
- Able to peer review responses to technical enquiries and material produced by the team, with focus on attention to detail

**Desirable**
- Demonstrate high level knowledge of the FCA pensions regime
