Job Title: Office Administrator

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, photocopying, and filing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist in organising and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office/staff areas cleanliness and tidiness
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Sage (full training will be given)
- Provide administrative support to the Director as needed
- Working within the packing department with dispatch of goods, ensuring necessary paperwork is ready for delivery to customers

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven experience in an office environment performing administrative tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Competency in data entry and basic bookkeeping
- Typing speed and accuracy

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
