**The Company Overview**:
Butler Rose are proud to again be partnered with this fantastic company in Bispham who are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant into their team. This position has arose due to company growth and would suit an experienced finance professional who enjoys a diverse role whilst also looking for opportunities to progress in their career.
**Your New Role as Accounts Assistant**:
**Duties will include**:
Produce weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
Post financial transactions into the accounting system accurately and in a timely manner.
Establish and develop new processes, procedures, and reconciliations.
Authorise and process supplier invoices.
Liaising with suppliers with regards to financial matters.
Weekly Payment Runs.
Processing client receipts either by cheque, bacs or credit card.
Produce monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
Create profit reports.
Recording of receipts and payments.
**Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply**:
Competent in Microsoft packages including Excel.
Willingness to use initiative and work as part of a wider team.
Good attention to detail.
Adaptable and flexible.
**Salary and Reward on Offer**:
Salary £22,000 - £24,000 per annum.
25 days holiday + Bank Holiday.
