The postholder will be experienced of working in partnership with internal and external agencies to undertake asset-based assessments to understand risk as well as customer’s strengths, talents, ambitions and to identify areas they may require additional support. The postholder will also be resilient, adaptable, motivated, organised and enjoy working in a busy team. The ability to work calmly and effectively under time pressures dealing with emotive and sensitive client situations is essential.

Although this role is largely hybrid working (mixing office and home working) the postholder will also be required to visit customers in the community, whether they be rough sleeping, in temporary accommodation, or at an office of a partner agency.

Whilst the location/work-base for this role may have been specified our evolving ways of working means that the role may require you to also work remotely (e.g. from home/other locations). We will discuss this with you during the recruitment process.
