- Basic Salary - £25,000

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Proven Customer Service experience
- Ability to provide tailored customer service and upselling
- comfortable working to deadlines
- Confidently manage your own work load
- Has clear written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to continually develop
- Excellent interpersonal skills

**The role**:

- Greet customers and become their point of contact for the duration of their vehicle being within our Workshop.
- Be able to provide updates and consultatively advise on repair work being or needing to be carried out.
- Create customer invoices and run through the work that has been carried out on their vehicle.
- Proactively reschedule appointments for the customer for any future vehicle maintenance or servicing
- You will be provided with on the job training by your colleagues and managers and will be joining a supportive and friendly team at Cambridge.

**About Calex UK and the recruitment process**

Calex UK is a training provider for a number of automotive manufacturers, including Stellantis who manufacture brands Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Vauxhall, Fiat, Jeep, Alfa Romeo and Abarth. Calex UK is also an automotive recruiter and are contracted to Stellantis to support and supply talent for roles within their UK dealership network.
