Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant
- To provide day to day diary management for clients
- To manage bookings for all meetings and inter-company events, including Monthly Management Meetings, QGMs, AGMs, with the management of associated documentation, e.g. agendas, minutes, reports
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
- To plan and book all travel and accommodation requirements for clients
- To liaise with Solicitors, property insurance companies, Sales and lettings agents daily
- Liaising with all Marketing Departments
- Receive general enquiries to action/distribute as required
- Supporting Clients to run their businesses by liaising with team members, delegating tasks and providing an additional point of contact for support and accountability to all team members
- Hold team members accountable to deadlines where set
- Recruitment - advertising, shortlisting, arranging interviews - for the group of companies
- Liaising with our HR administration - monitoring leave, sick notice, employment contracts + letters, personnel files, set up for new starters, development/performance meetings - scheduling, record keeping, follow up actions
- Process sales orders and Invoicing with Xero and update monthly bookkeeping
- To take ad hoc sales calls that have been generated from marketing campaigns
- Ensure all relevant processes and procedures are followed
- Achieve the objectives stated in your Personal Plan, supported by your Line Manager
- Work collaboratively with all areas of the business in support of the company's aims and objectives
- To liaise with various contractors and material supply companies
- Know and actively support policies for Equality and Diversity, Environment, Data Protection and Social Responsibility
- Manage your workload, seek support from colleagues where necessary, implement processes to ensure that a high level of quality and client satisfaction is maintained
- Be active in supporting your personal development
- Property management - vetting potential tenants, booking maintenance contractors, organising gas certs, managing tenants, compiling inventories, etc
- Creating tenancy contracts

To start, hours will be 10 am to 2pm Monday - Friday whilst training with hours gradually increasing to suit both the applicant and the business. Some evening and weekend work maybe required from time to time.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
