My client is a well regarded, long established law firm operating in the Intellectual Property space with a number of offices in the UK & Europe. The companies main site is in the city of London, but this role is based primarily in their Cambridge Office. Travel is required to the London office two days per week for the first 8 weeks of joining, the cost of this will be reimbursed by the firm. The training will take between 6-9 months

**The Role**:
The tasks you will be expected to cover once trained include;
- Production of documents
- Filling out patent forms and using EPO online filing
- Accurate, timely and presentable transcription of dictation
- Filing and document handling using the firms Document Management System
- General secretarial duties

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a professional services firm preferred
- Good education with grades B/6 or higher
- Recognised secretarial qualification (preferred)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office package and Outlook
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
- Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
- Respecting and supporting others within the team and firm to achieve common goals
- Ability to produce work to the standards required, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Responsible, focussed and committed attitude to work
- Ability to work under a small amount of pressure and meet deadlines
