You will support individual and small groups of students to address the needs of those who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning. You will also work with a range of pupils whose behaviour and disaffection has a significant impact upon their attainment, giving priority to those who need the most help, especially those displaying challenging behaviour.

- Have experience of working with young people in an educational setting
- Have an understanding of inclusion, behaviour and attendance issues
- Have knowledge of how to deal with a range of different pupil behaviours
- Have at least 5 GCSEs, Grade 4 or above
