This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the North West & Northern Ireland team working from our Chester office with the option for hybrid working. We have an existing team of 12 Client Relationship colleagues who have a vast range of experience in supporting our 17 Financial Planners and ensuring good client outcomes. In addition to this, we have an Office Administrator within the team. Your role would complement the current team and support our planners in building relationships with our clients by working alongside a fellow Client Liaison to ensure that meetings are arranged in a timely manner and managed efficiently.

I am proud to lead a team in such a successful Region and would like you to play a part in its continued success as our Client Liaison. This role is the first point of contact for a lot of our clients so I cannot stress enough how important it is that the service they receive is first class.

About the Role

Level: Level 2

Department Financial Planning - Client Relationships

Location: Chester (NW&NI)

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract -12 months

You will provide a positive and professional service to our clients. You will organise planner’s diaries, considering their workload and the location of the client meeting. You may be required to research clients to obtain up to date contact details. You will be confident in demonstrating the benefits of a meeting to the client, as well as being able to manage their expectations in relation to appointment availability. You will ensure that clients are kept informed through all steps of the meeting process as well as following up on agreements that are made with clients in relation to future contact.
