Southcroft Healthcare is a staffing agency supporting residential and nursing homes with temporary shortfalls in staff. We are seeking to hire a Care Coordinator to join our team in the Hoole office in Chester.

**Your role**:
**Reporting to the Recruitment manager your role will include**:
Attracting new staff to fulfill our clients needs

Processing bookings of staff and allocating shifts on a daily basis

Being an appointed point of contact for your agency staff team

Adhere to the out of hour cover (1 week on, 2 weeks off - enhanced wages when on call)

Maintain regular contact with existing client base.

Interviewing and inducting new staff.

Training staff (training provided)
