- 4493_1699373787- An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a thriving fashion brand who are seeking a Buying Admin Assistant.

As a BAA you will be responsible for sample management, raising purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and work alongside the Buyer to ensure that collections are listed correctly. This role would suit a recent graduate with some retail knowledge or previous experience. You will be a good team player who is upbeat, analytical, and organised.

The role is located in fabulous Central London offices, with a great company culture.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Providing support for the Buyer and the wider team.
- Responsible for sample management, keeping samples organised in a tidy fashion.
- Critical path management.
- Prepare for meetings, ensuring good space, correct samples are pulled.
- Responsible for master data management.
- Communicates clearly with Design, Merchandising and Wholesale on product information requests.
- Responsible alongside Buyer that collections are listed correctly, ensure changes are clearly communicated in a timely manner.
- Additional ad-hoc tasks.

**Person specification**:

- Retail knowledge and an understanding of the Buying cycle.
- PC + Excel literate.
- Keen interest in fashion, with a passion for product and trends.
- Must be driven and motivated and have strong Analytical & numeracy skills.
- Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Good eye for product, demonstrating excellent commercial awareness.
