Our client, a **FranchisedDealership** in the **Southampton**area has a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor / Service Consultant to join their team.

**Basic Salary**:£25,000, with realistic earnings of £29,000 (uncapped)**, further benefits to be discussed during interview.

**Experience required**:Service Advisor experience in an automotive environment required. A full UK driving licence is necessary to be considered for this role.

**What you will be doing as a Service Advisor**:

- Qualify customer requirements via pre-visit call
- Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day
- Arranging Onward Travel
- Quoting additional work & gaining authority
- Upsell value added products
- Invoicing
- Ensuring the customer is completely satisfied
