- Monday - Thurs 08:00 - 17:30, Fridays 08:00 - 17:00
- Saturday: 1 in 3, 08:00 - 12:00
- Fleet Maintenance Company
Our client a well-known independent fleet maintenance business is seeking a Service Advisor for their Aftersales department based in Southampton. They are a company founded by Vehicle Technicians and understand the needs and requirements of their employees. Over the last 13 years our client has gone from strength to strength, developing new business and opening new sites.
They have a great reputation for their workmanship and work with several large fleet operators including a well-known supermarket chain.

**Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client**
- Handling Customer Enquiries and Bookings
- Building a Strong Customer Rapport
- Explain in non-technical terms the nature of repair on customer vehicles.
- To Order Parts and assist with the organisation of the parts department.
- Process paperless job cards and ensure all administration is completed accurately.
- Updating the 1Link Platform
- Always maintain a professional and friendly relationship.
- Assist in the day to day running of the Service department.
**What our client expects of their Service Advisor**
- Our client is ideally considering applicants with a background in the automotive industry as there will be limited introductory training.
- Having experience with the 1Link system is advantageous.
- Strong Computer literacy
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and be confident when talking to customers as well as their team members.
- A “can-do” attitude and the ability to overcome problems.
- Organisational and time management skills
