- As part of Talent Assessment, the Managed Services team provide Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services and Outsourced assessment administration and delivery in staff performance and development programs utilising the Talent Assessment’s extensive suite of Assessments, Platforms, Best Practices and Consulting services.**What you will be doing**:
As a Managed Services Consultant you will deliver world class engagements to a portfolio of international customers, unrivalled by other advisory and talent consulting companies.**What you will be doing**:
Become a Product Authority: Collaborate with internal teams to expertly provide knowledge and guidance to customers, whilst becoming their go-to resource and primary point of contact. Aid the up skilling of other teams in project management. Serve as an authority resource to people across sales teams advising on the scoping of new projects or programs.
- You will provide expert advice to customers and Sales teams on how our propositions can help address their business and talent needs. As well as contribute to Talent Management growth by advising on and scoping profitable projects.
- Design bespoke outputs as required by the solution; where necessary in conjunction with the Project Management and Project Associates team, to ensure management and delivery of the solution is profitable and accurate to customer needs.
- Tracking revenue recognition including overall project profitability, helped by accurate logging of time spent per project is key, and you will review company-level sales pipeline reports to effectively forecast upcoming demand on resources, and proactively contact account managers to obtain necessary information.
- You will also assist up-skilling of other team members and be accountable for assembling project teams, identifying appropriate resources and delegate duties to ensure a high quality of the customer projects.**Essential Functions**:

- Solutions Consulting: To provide Expert Advice to internal/external customers about the products and solutions Managed Services Offers.
- Delivery: Solution focused, have an open mind and think outside the box. As a consultant you will be in the position of advising and providing customers with projects that are not available as standard.
- Knowledge and reporting: Maintaining own product knowledge of new and existing products as well as reviewing Market Trends and reporting revenue/productivity streams to Management

**What experience are we looking for**:
Strong and demonstrable problem solving/analytical experience.
- An advanced knowledge of Excel is essential for this role as well as a background in a customer facing role.
- You will have a positive attitude and the desire to contribute meaningfully to the team as well as a strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilities. Being able to build positive relationships, work well across functions and effectively manage your time is essential for this role
