**What you'll be doing**:
You will be working different shift patterns,11.45am - 8pm or 2.45pm - 11pm. Along with Bank Holidays to support US business. Providing weekend support when required.
As a Project Manager, you will develop, own and maintain multiple Client project plans; managing the progress of key project deliverables and critical dependencies across multiple projects / project types. You will also coach and mentor the Managed ServicesPMO team in project related skill sets, preparing them to execute projects on their own.
An essential part of this role is to complete risk and issue tracking, mitigation, prioritisation and overall management over the life cycle of the project as well as track project scope; ensuring adherence to budget and schedule and identify/ address/escalateissues, disputes, or objections that may impede success.
The role will include facilitating project meetings and communicate on-going project status to clients, stakeholders and collaborators, and attend and participate in departmental and inter-departmental meetings and you will drive continuous improvement, leadinginitiatives to create processes, documentation, and department materials to bring efficiency and/or standardisation across the team
**what you'll need to have done**:
You will have strong presentation skills on the telephone and online; ability to engage audiences and respond effectively to questions, have an intellectual curiosity and dedication to mastering complex terrain; be a fast learner. As well as have superior communication,organisational skills and customer service experience and the ability to diagnose prospect/member needs and identify relevant resources.
Due to the shift pattern, an important part of this role is to have the ability to work both independently and with a team with a strong organisation and prioritisation skills - be detail-oriented and to have the drive to go above and beyond for internal andexternal clients, not to just answer questions as posed, but to pre-empt and provide solutions for subsequent challenges customers may face along with the ability to synthesize and distil large amounts of information.
You will have the ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high quality material with a positive, upbeat attitude and desire to contribute meaningfully to the team along with a strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership for wide-ranging responsibilitieswith effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines; demonstrated poise and grace under pressure; demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness; ability to build relationships and work well across functions
Knowledge of formal project management methodologies, bringing previous experience in a project management environment.
A strong experience of working and managing to KPI targets/SLAs; working to milestones and deadlines, reporting progress & dealing with change requests.
You must have the right to work in the UK.
