What you will be doing: Representing SHL effectively to all our Channel Partners (Distributors, Re-Sellers, Academic Partners and Authorized Trainers) Account management involvement as first line sales support for the global distributors Maintaining the Emerging Markets Inbox Project management of a wide range of concurrent projects to time Head the event management for the bi-annual SHL Distributor Conference Invoicing and ad hoc reporting Handling the distributor external communications – content for our online knowledge repository, our distributor presence on SHL.com Organising and implementing the Newsletter and webinar schedule and ad hoc key communications to the distributors as required.
What we are looking for from you:
Essential: Excellent knowledge of written English Very high level of attention to detail and conscientiousness Understanding of sales and/or professional services environment Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Desirable: Undergraduate degree in Business or Psychology Good working knowledge of online assessment platforms, Salesforce, SharePoint Knowledge of psychometrics, occupational psychology or other Human Resource related topics
