**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

GCS is comprised of several sector specific divisions, each of which is set annual revenue and profitability targets. As a trainee recruitment consultant you will become an expert in your field, responsible for sourcing and delivering top talent to some of the world's most innovative companies. In addition to building your own client base, your success will be measured by your ability to cultivate long-term relationships and provide global staffing solutions. Our clients expect you to become a trusted advisor in all aspects of staffing.

Our Trainee Recruitment Consultants will benefit from a structured training program that gives them the opportunity to learn in a structured class environment and on the job with other individuals at the same level of competency. We feel that this is the best way to ensure the continued success of the GCS family and the position is a key development stage for staff on their way to becoming consultants.

**RESPONSIBILITES**

**Business Development**: Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities, expanding the client base and driving revenue growth.

**Solutions Selling**: Offer tailored staffing solutions to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and providing value-added services.

**Integration and Engagement with New Accounts**: Establish strong relationships with new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing collaboration.

**Development of EVP, Diversity, and Staffing Projects**: Contribute to the enhancement of Employee Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives, diversity programs, and staffing projects within your market to attract and retain top talent.
