We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Assistant to join our small and dynamic team. As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for various tasks, such as:

- Internal Sales: sales calls to existing customers, generating new sales leads, processing orders, quotes, managing the company Customer Relationship Management Software.
- Developing & Maintaining Social Media & Website: creating posts, updating website, and analysing statistics.
- Assisting with Production: bagging and labelling products, picking and packing orders, and cleaning.
- A creative and innovative mindset, able to produce new ideas and solutions for marketing and sales.
- A strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
- A proficient and confident use of digital tools, such as social media platforms, website management, and CRM software.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
- The ability to lift and carry items or packages up to 14kgs as part of the daily tasks.
- The availability to work 16 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours throughout the year, especially during busy periods and holiday cover for General Assistant.
