We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team at Park's Motor Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth across our dealership network.
Key Responsibilities- Convert telephone, digital, and showroom visitors to Park's customers by building lasting relationships and providing personalized sales solutions.
- Utilize systems and databases to check vehicle availability, understanding customer needs and interests to deliver tailored sales experiences.
- Liaise with Product Geniuses to ensure customers receive detailed information on vehicles, including arranging and participating in outstanding test drive experiences.
- Assist customers in completing relevant paperwork to finalize sales, offering additional packages that benefit or interest them.
- Communicate with customers to keep them informed on order progress.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and deliver exceptional handover experiences to customers, ensuring they drive away in their new vehicle excited and well-informed.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of our dealership network.
- Be a confident and engaging individual with excellent communication skills.
- Be self-driven for success and able to build natural and lasting relationships with Park's customers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and have a strong understanding of the automotive industry.
- Hold a Full Driver's License and possess competent IT skills.
