We are looking for a highly motivated and committed apprentice to provide excellent administrative support our business. The role offers excellent development potential for a committed individual and the opportunity to develop business administration skills and knowledge of flexible packaging and the manufacturing Industry.

If you are an individual with a willingness and enthusiasm to learn, who are excited to develop practical and problems solving skills, this role could be for you. No prior experience is required as you will be given full training.

This role’s responsibilities involve supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation and interacting with internal or external customers. Adding value, a business administrator contributes to the efficiency of an organisation by supporting functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues.

**The apprenticeship programme consists of the following elements**:

- Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard (level 3).
- Competency Log - portfolio of evidence covering the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out in the Apprenticeship Standard.
- Functional Skills Maths and English if required
