We are thrilled to announce the launch of our highly anticipated Early Talent Scheme, designed to provide exciting opportunities for aspiring professionals to ignite their careers and make a meaningful impact within our organisation.

Our Early Talent Scheme is a comprehensive program that offers hands-on learning, mentorship, and tailored development opportunities across various departments. it is aimed at individuals who are eager to kickstart their careers and are passionate about continuous growth and learning.

As a Technical Apprentice you will shadow and support the Technical Manager, you will, with support from the architectural team provide architectural design services and solutions on individual projects, present proposals and provide working drawings using CAD.

You will also work towards a nationally recognised qualification through the Construction Support Technician Apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities

Providing support in the form of CAD drawings and details to production teams for use on site. Provide appropriate drawings and details with support from the architectural team for use by the sales team for brochure production and on site usage. To assist site managers by addressing and where appropriate, answering development queries (or by seeking support from the architectural team). Providing appropriate drawings and details, with support from the architectural team, to the commercial team to assist the procurement process. Provide supporting information to secure the discharge of planning conditions and track progress of applications in support of the architectural team. Monitor and routinely update the wider team in terms of National House Building Council (NHBC) condition status in relation to CMLs.

Key Capabilities Required

Ability to plan, organise and monitor. A basic understanding of the construction process and the provision of house type working drawings that meet the requirements of the Building Regulations/NHBC standards.
