The main duties would include:

- Telephone and Live Chat answering
- Mail sorting/uploading-scanning/sending
- Other day to day office tasks

- Excellent organisational skills
- Be able to build a good rapport with people / potential customers
- Good IT skills
- You are self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, determined, resilient and confident
