**The Role**:
As ‘Reception Supervisor’ you’ll be on the front line, delivering on our mission

You’ll be delivering attentive customer focused service, understand brand standards and enjoy working as part of a successful team.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supervising, training, coaching
- Delivering top quality Customer service
- First point of contact for our guests
- Work effectively with the team and other departments
- Checking guests in and out, processing payments
- Good knowledge of the hotel facilities and services we offer
- Maximising revenue through upsells and room sales
- Administration and Technology savvy
- Available to work when the team and customer needs you

**Hotel Description**:
Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Brindleyplace offers easy access to all the city has to offer. The hotel is located in Birmingham’s prestigious Brindleyplace development, which is also home to a number of great leisure, dining and entertainment venues.
