Over the past three years, the demand for our services has skyrocketed, resulting in a shift from new construction to the maintenance of existing building stock.

We need someone who can revisit planned and reactive maintenance commitments and ensure compliance upgrades are executed flawlessly.

Your role will involve closely collaborating with the maintenance delivery team, carefully observing, recording, and reporting on all maintenance activities.

You will proactively engage with stakeholders and maintain a friendly yet firm approach.

Holding individuals accountable for their actions will be crucial in swiftly resolving any issues that may arise.

Effective communication will be the key to success.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a seamless flow of information between the field and decision-makers, ensuring that informed decisions are made promptly.

Your background in building maintenance is essential.

Whether you have hands-on experience in a trade, management, or design role, your expertise will be invaluable.

Show us your conviction when it matters most.

Your ability to quickly interpret drawings, schedules and specifications, identifying any performance gaps, will allow us to proactively address them in collaboration with the delivery team.
