**Job Summary**:
Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating the scheme at the London Aquatics Centre, which involves motivating, advising and encouraging clients with varied medical conditions and abilities to participate in sports and physical activities. You will also oversee / deliver exercise sessions to referred clients including gym and group exercise sessions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate patient referrals from primary care providers to specialists.
- Oversee / deliver exercise sessions to referred clients including gym and group exercise sessions.
- Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary referral information.
- Educate clients on the referral process and answer any related inquiries.
- Ensure all referral documentation is accurate and complete.
- Monitor and track referral status to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain detailed records of all referrals and related communications.

**Experience**:

- Be Level 3 Exercise Referral qualified
- Have experience in delivering referral assessments linked to the NICE guidance
- Have the ability to motivate and support customers making enjoyable visits
- Have excellent communication skills promoting equality and diversity
- Be able to work independently and manage own work load, achieve targets and support the team
- Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to educate patients on the referral process effectively.
- Sports coaching experience is a plus.

This position offers the opportunity to work at one of the counties most iconic sporting venues and home of the 2012 Olympic Games.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £21.21 per hour
