**Location(s): Hinckley**

Role Objective: To support the Production & Planning Manager, completing clerical and administrative tasks to strict deadlines, clearly and accurately recording data in line with company procedures.

Key functionalities are:

- Raising works orders in NetSuite from the Outstanding Order Book
- Completing works orders and scanning/filing paperwork
- Recording stock/inventory adjustments
- Inputting data to the serial database ensuring accurate record keeping
- Assisting with ad hoc system work cover
- Conducting weekly PI counts and reporting discrepancies
- Wear Personal Protective Equipment supplied as instructed
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement ideas
- Maintain accurate data/records/documentation associated with your work
- Carry out tasks to deadlines maintaining high standards throughout
- Ensure compliance to quality standards, policies and procedures, codes and legislation including health and safety
- Pro-actively contribute towards the smooth running of the team
- Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures
- Understand and contribute to 5S processes as described and implemented
- Requisite knowledge of the machinery, tools, equipment, and materials common to the role

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Experience of Microsoft Excel essential
- Experience in manufacturing in an SME desired
- To be friendly and approachable
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrate good time management and task management skills.
