Product Trainer

Due to recent growth in our operations supplying workforce management software predominantly to industries such as security, cleaning, construction and health care, we are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and driven Product Trainer to join our team based in the centre of Bristol.

As a Product Trainer, you will conduct engaging training sessions to educate end-users on our software features and best practices.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- To deliver high quality training on our product to clients and internal staff, appropriately tailoring the material for the audience.
- To plan, prepare and research in preparation for each training session.
- Responsible for having up to date product knowledge
- Understand client process and suggest options during training as appropriate
- Produce training literature and media
- To evaluate the effectiveness of each training session.
- Conduct remote and on-site training.
- Upselling additional features, where appropriate.
- Providing high level support (once fully conversant with the software)
- Liase with other departments as necessary to ensure client satisfaction
- Background as per above.
- Strong face to face skills in questioning, objection handling, persuasion, negotiation and expectation management.
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
- High degree of initiative and ability to work unsupervised on client premises
- Proven track in presenting in front of audiences.
- A positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Relevant technical skills, knowledge and qualifications

We aim to allow our team to grow within the organisation and several of our senior management including on the board have started off in similar roles. This includes the opportunity to develop processes and client relationships including face to face meetings. Personality and especially individuality is encouraged and fostered, with everyone’s strengths and weaknesses supported.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
