Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of hands-on training courses at our Bristol Training Centre and other Etex locations.
- Collaborate with the Training Centre Manager to build test specimens, trial new products, and develop new courses.
- Deliver high-quality training sessions and stay up-to-date on related products and systems.
What We're Looking For:
- Relevant experience in construction or manufacturing, preferably in lightweight construction materials or passive fire protection.
- Demonstrable experience in training, coaching, or mentoring.
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently while being part of a team.
- A passion for the construction industry and a commitment to training and development.
