**Salary: £25,301 - £28,464 (pro rata for part time roles)**

**Contract: 18.5 hours per week - 0.5 FTE**

**Location: Work based in the Bristol area**

**About the role**:
You will have had experience in Civil engineering or Site supervisory roles in the construction industry and want to support the next generation in the construction industry.

You will be working with employers, mentors and apprentices in the workplace, ensuring that they are practicing the knowledge skills and behaviours set out within the apprenticeship and working to their goal of passing their end point assessment and becoming fully qualified.

The right person will be able to work with different levels of employer’s mentors and apprentices to ensure expected outcomes are met. You will be well organised and have an attention to detail. You will be able to supply feedback to apprentices that not only challenges them but encourages them to meet deadlines set.

You will be a confident communicator with the ability to build and maintain excelling working relationships with colleagues, students and stakeholders both internally and externally

At City of Bristol College, we have one goal: to help our students succeed. We offer the widest range of academic and vocational qualifications in the area, with more than 1,000 courses available from entry to degree level. We provide education and training to approximately 12,000 students each year. The College is made up of five centres across Bristol and each centre offers excellent, well-equipped, purpose-built facilities.
