- We are currently looking to recruit a **Telecommunications Trainer **to work on our Telecom Contract in the **Bristol Area.**
- This role will manage a wide range of quality assurance through training, coaching, and completing assessments of industry qualifications/accreditations.**As a Telecommunications Trainer your duties & responsibilities will be**:
- Train and coach individuals in the correct methodologies for workmanship to the point of accreditation
- Work with industry and our clients to ensure you are up to speed with the latest training and accreditations required for the work
- Ensure that the products and services we deliver for our clients conform to the specified requirements and agreed standards
- Advise suitable corrective and preventive action following the identification of any quality issues
- Represent as required for customer meetings ensuring customers and company’s quality standards are understood and implemented accordingly
- Ensure the provision of a safe and secure working environment in keeping with company policy and procedure as well as any legal requirements
- Provide support to installation whenever clarifications of methods and/or procedures are required.
**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- Experience of working across the telecommunications industry
- Experience in training and/or assessing within Telecommunications Industry
- Must have a range of existing telecommunications accreditations
- NRSWA supervisor qualifications desirable
- Overview and good knowledge of the telecommunication industry fixed and mobile
