Customer Care Administrator

Contract Scotland has an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client's team within the Ayrshire area. This is an urgent requirement with an ASAP start date.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with Customers, actioning all queries/complaints
- Coordinating weekly reports
- Scheduling all appointments for any work that needs to be carried out with both the Customer and the Site team
- Customer care and aftercare
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week

**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- North Ayrshire (required)
