We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts and help us achieve our growth targets.

Our clients are generally high net worth individuals or Companies. So it is imperative to understand the lifestyle and execute the highest level of customer service and retention.

Job Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy that supports the company's growth targets.
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure they achieve their targets.
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to the executive team to inform decision-making.
- Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to the executive team, including regular updates on performance against targets.
- Work with the product development team to ensure that the company's product offering remains competitive and meets customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales and marketing role, preferably in the automotive or luxury goods sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.
- Knowledge of the latest digital marketing techniques and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- A passion for the automotive industry and an interest in luxury goods.

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
