As Cluster Sales Manager you will work with your HODs and GMs to pro-actively drive the Hotels action plans to deliver both growth on the existing account portfolio alongside delivering sales actions to achieve the monthly sales budget and new business.
You will manage and lead the enquiryprocess, ensure the training and communication within the department and across the two hotels.
To achieve annual and quarterly KPIs, personal revenue targets and hotel budget performance
A pro-active, creative and well-connected person who loves to get out there, spreading the word about their brands.
A love for people and sales.
