**As a Centre Operative what does the role entail**:
**Your day will consist of **
- Preparation of rooms so that all events, activities and classes take place.
- To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all rooms, furniture and equipment.
- To maintain a reasonable level of behaviour by members and users.
- To be polite, courteous and helpful to all users of the building.
- To work main reception and bowling reception duties
**This job is for you, if**
- You have experience working within a community based centre, within public, private or voluntary sector
- You have good communication skills both written and verbal.
- You have a calm personable nature and find appropriate resolutions when handling conflict.
- You are a resilient and confident team worker who can work on their own initiative or work as part of a team.
- You understand the need for confidentiality with a professional and caring approach to work
- You can work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
