**Duties**:

- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or responses
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and promote our products and services effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist with sales efforts by identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to take initiative

**Salary**: From £25,485.38 per year
